Schultz Design and Drafting is a registered design firm specializing in residential design. We design custom homes, additions/renovations, garages, shops, decks, farm buildings and more.

We can even tackle the odd commercial project. Established in 2016, we have completed over 100 projects. Founded by Nathan Schultz, a professional designer having completed all examinations with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Graduate with an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology from Georgian College in Barrie Ontario.

Nathan has worked in almost every area of the Construction Industry, having multiple years’ experience in Construction, specializing in Framing, operating as a Building Official with the Township of Goderich and the Township of Mapleton. Nathan has also worked as a Construction Estimator dealing in sales and the micro-management of many projects. Nathan has had hands on experience with several projects from plan submission to final occupancy inspection.
